Envisage Blue merges with TSA Corporation

Perth, WA - 18 February 2010 : A new force in Web and Software Solutions, Envisage Blue, announces a merger agreement with TSA Corporation. During 2010 Envisage Blue will be making significant changes to the business to provide our customers better support and increased customer service.

Effective as at Monday 1st February 2010 Envisage Blue commenced a merger with TSA Corporation (www.tsacorporation.com)) under the Solutions Architect service line. TSA Corporation is a National company with approximately 85 staff. Since 2002 TSA Corporation has been offering Services to manage IT environments and has an excellent customer portfolio with the likes of Chevron, Dept of Indigenous Affairs, Forest Product Commission, St Vincent De Paul WA & Qld, City of Stirling, Orbital Engine Corporation, Dept of Premier & Cabinet, AP Eagers, Westcare, Heart Foundation and the list goes on.  The Solution Architect service line provides a software solution capability to businesses that needs or has significant investment within IT.    

Rick Ross the Director of Envisage Blue has released this statement. “Merging with TSA Corporation will provide our current Envisage Blue customer portfolio with the support and value-added services that will allow customers to grow. It is a natural progression in the growth path of the business and I look forward to a strong and robust business in 2010”.

For now and during the merger it will be business as usual. The staff will continue to be involved within the business to provide the necessary support. Envisage Blue looks forward to strengthening the Solutions Architect service line.   Envisage Blue’s experience with delivery enterprise solutions in technologies such as .NET, Java, SAP within the Financial Services, Health Services, Government and Logistics sector will provide greater refrencibility.   In addition to this a 200+ base of Web based customers has sparked a new level of enthusiasm within the existing TSA Corporation business. 

This Merger introduces an enhanced level of combined expertise through Strategic Consulting, Database Management and overall Infrastructure/Network Management skills and business partnerships that will benefit all of our clients.  We look forward to continued strong relationships.
